During summer, some skin conditons exacerbate in pets, skin allergies more commonly in dogs. Along with the hayfever, flees are much more active and dogs and cats are equally at risk. The most common symptoms are intense itching - leading to scratching, rubbing and biting of the paws, belly, body, ears and bottom, redness, hair loss and sores affecting the ears, wrists, ankles, face, underarms and groin.
As a rule of thumb, if your dog's symptoms persist for more than a week, it's time to schedule a Vet visit. The sooner atopic dermatitis or flee aflection is diagnosed the quicker a treatment plan can be implemented, and the better your pet's chances are of finding relief.
All summer will be offering a special consultation fee to address those skin conditions that are affecting your pet's quality of life.
Terms& Conditions.: Applies to all first consultations from Monday to Friday, limited to skin conditions, consultation fee excludes treatments, not available for previous skin conditions in the past three months, promotion runs from 1st December 2023- February 2024
