Dental Health Promotion – June to August 2026

The following terms and conditions apply to the Dental Health Promotion offered by One Vet Pty Ltd and its participating hospitals.

1. Promotion Period
   
   • The promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 inclusive.
   • Appointments must be booked and completed during the promotion period unless otherwise approved by the hospital.
2. Eligibility
   
   • The promotion is available to dogs and cats only.
   • Pets must be deemed suitable candidates for a dental procedure following a veterinary examination.
   • The attending veterinarian reserves the right to determine suitability for treatment.
3. Scope of Promotion
   
   • The promotion applies only to services specifically advertised as part of the Dental Health Promotion.
   • Any discounts or promotional pricing apply solely to the advertised dental services and do not extend to unrelated consultations, medications, diagnostics, hospitalisation, or other treatments unless expressly stated.
4. Additional Treatments
   
   • Dental procedures are performed under general anaesthesia.
5. Limited Availability
   
   • Appointment availability is subject to clinician availability and hospital capacity.
   • The promotion may be withdrawn or amended without notice where necessary due to operational requirements.
6. Not Redeemable for Cash
   
   • The promotion is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Combination with Other Offers
   
   • Unless otherwise stated, the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, special offer, staff discount, rescue discount, breeder discount, or promotional campaign.
8. Pre-Anaesthetic Assessment
   
   • All patients must undergo a veterinary assessment prior to anaesthesia.
   • Additional pre-anaesthetic testing may be recommended based on the pet's age, health status, breed, or clinical findings.
9. Payment
   
   • Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been approved.
   • Available payment options may include VetPay, GapOnly (participating insurers), and other approved payment methods offered by the hospital.
10. Changes and Cancellations
    
    • Owners should provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
    • Failure to attend a booked appointment may result in cancellation of the promotional offer.
11. Veterinary Advice
    
    • The promotion does not replace professional veterinary advice.
    • Recommendations regarding dental treatment, extractions, diagnostics, and ongoing care will be based on the individual needs of each patient.
12. General
    
    • By participating in the promotion, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
    Campbelltown North Animal Hospital/ Family Vets Western Sydney reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
